It seems all the 1967 Historic V1 files by G. Spinning are being blocked by my computer.
I want to try out this version as I'm not too crazy about the V2 handling, but yeah, Windows says the installer is blocked by the administrator and I have no idea how to get around this.
That's another nuisance Microsoft forces on us hobbyists in the guise of security. I swear if I could get all of my software running on another OS I'd drop windows in a heartbeat.
Anyway for a workaround.
1) Shift + Right click on the installer.exe
2) Click "Copy as path"
3) Right click the start menu
4) Choose Windows PowerShell (admin)
5) Once the shell window pops up, paste the installer path into it.
6) Remove the " from the path and press Enter
The installer should start after a moment.
