Good question. I think at the least they are going to circulate behind the safety car for multiple laps, probably followed by a rolling start.

Well, if this ends at the end of this lap, then it'll be the shortest GP ever. I don't see them doing 14 laps at this speed.

As i expected.....

That is what i think it going to happen.
There will be a classification then (2 laps at least needed) and therefore also possible to hand out half points. So the qualification will be the finish, when every one manages to finish the race ( i look at you Sergio)
